Who handles your data

What we collect

• the email address entered before a download;
• language, download-button location, request-level country, and timestamps;
• whether marketing consent was given or withdrawn.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use the email to send the download link you requested and associate it with a trial download. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before you use the product.

We send product news, useful resources, and special offers only if you select the separate checkbox yourself. The legal basis is your consent. Refusing marketing does not prevent you from downloading or using the trial.

Retention and recipients

A trial-download email is retained for up to 12 months to support the trial and analyse its results. An address with marketing consent is retained until you unsubscribe. After that, a minimal consent and withdrawal record may be retained for up to 3 years to demonstrate compliance.

Cloudflare provides storage and email-delivery infrastructure. We do not sell addresses or share them with other companies for their own advertising. If we connect a mailing provider, this notice will be updated before marketing is sent.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. Email support@photoworker.app. You can also withdraw marketing consent below or through the unsubscribe link in every marketing email.
